Job Description


Position: Customer Service Specialist

Essential Function
• Receive and Deliver physical cash from and to the customer
• Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
• Update passbook, print deal slip, or issues a customer advice
• Issue and sign payment instruments
• Entertain deposit of cheques and other financial instruments

• Place of work: Addis Ababa and other regional state cities and zones
• Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Qualifications/Skills
Job Requirement
• BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or other related fields with 1.5 years of experience or
• Diploma (Level 4) in the same files with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry
