Job Description


We are looking immediately for Customer Care Agents to manage effectively and efficiently Customer’s requests and handle daily interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Addressing customer’s inquiries about our products
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers
  • Handling customers complaints by providing appropriate solutions

 

Terms: Full-time permanent contract

Working Hours: May require evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on shift schedules.

About You

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Customer support, Client Service Representative or similar role
  • Empathetic and passionately communicative
  • Active listening and strong phone contact handling skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Good Command of English language
  • In addition to the above also Good command of Amharic, or Oromifa or Tigrigna local languages
