Job Description


Dugda Construction Plc is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Special Foundation & Supplier Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

  • Based on Company costing policy control and follow up of costing of goods and services.
  • Analyze and interpret gross margins, cost variances, inventory movements, and other accounting reports as they relate to cost.
  • Analyzes costs of raw materials, spare parts, labor, and services to ensure cost effectiveness (profitability) of operations through establishing appropriate costing system.
  • Analyzes the impact of factors affecting costs and profitability of products and services; recommend possible course of action to mitigate negative impact of such factors.
  • Reviews of the planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of manufacturing operations.
  • Develops metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers.
  • Develops guidelines for the preparation of budgets.
  • Develops financial performance measurement standards and accordingly analyze financial statements of the Company.
  • Ensure all the Company work processes are as per the company cost plan.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification : MBA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and other Related Field of study

Work Experiences : 6/8 years and above which 2 years at Similar Position

Technical Competency

  • Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills
  • Basic Computer knowledge Peachtree and IFRS.
