Job Requirement

Required qualification: M.A./B.A in Human Resource or Public Administration or related field of study.

Experience: Minimum 6/8 years of relevant experience out of which 4 years as Human Resource Manager; Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable

Duty station: Oromia Regional State, Finfinee Zuria, Alemgena, where the factory is located.
