It is legally registered and operates in Ethiopia, Djibouti and Kenya having over 7,000 permanent and temporary employees including highly experienced staff from different areas of specialization. Responsibilities

• Review contract documents sufficiency, contradictions, etc
• · Identify potential contractual risks and propose early notification for remedial measures
• · Prepare & negotiating on terms of contract conditions for sub contract works
• · Clarify & take action on any potential claim cases
• · Prepare claims as per the conditions of contracts
• · Prepare correspondence letters to concerned body (consultant, client, …) as per the direction of the project manager
• · Administer all contractual issues

Job Requirements

• · Bsc in Civil Engineering /Construction technology and Management or related fields
• · 8 years or above on construction contract administration
