Gift Real Estate plc. Would like to invites all eligible and interested applicants for the head office and project sites.

The contract admin engineer is Responsible for handling payment request, claim handling, bid evaluation or formulation, ensuring high quality documentation, contract administration of the constriction & consulting works. Also responsible for insuring successful delivery of the project within the planned quality cost & time

Job Requirements


  • BSc degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 6 years Proven work experience as contract admin engineer on building
  • Related works or consulting firms
  • Competency in computer applications & engineering software’s.
  • Interpersonal Knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
