Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites ,blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Research industry related topics to generate original content ideas
• Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and informative content that appeals to our target audience.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Assist in creating content calendars and maintaining consistency across all platforms

Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 4 years’ experience as a content writer or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• writing and Fluent speaking in Afan Oromo and English languages is advantageous.
