Preferred experience & skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Social Media, Digital Marketing ,Video Production, Film or any social science field with a minimum of four years of broadcast media/YouTube channel production experience.
An interested individual who has a special talent on you tube video production can also apply

We are now looking to grow the team with an experienced Content Producer who can help us take our content to the next level!

In this role, you will:

• Create content and campaigns that are user-centric / insights based, brand relevant, and match our YouTube channel strategies/Ethiopian Reporter Youtube /Drive, manage, and deliver video productions of different scales on the following platforms: YouTube,  Instagram, Telegram, Face book, Twitter, etc, both by ordering content from others as well as producing it hands-on yourself
• Through great collaboration deliver top-notch content that follows the latest industry trends and standards.
• Analyze and stay on top of social and cultural trends and news
• Proven track record of successful productions, with broadcast media or youtube channel preferably
• Great eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Project management experience
• Fluency in English
