Job Requirement

Educational Qualification:  BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System or Marketing or related fields.(Fluency in English & knowledge of more than one local language is an added advantage)  

Work Experience: 2 years as Associate Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience

Place of work: Head Office [Addis Ababa]
