Job Description


Job Title: Contact Center Officer – Front Office

Location: Head Office

Qualifications/Skills

Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System/ Marketing or related
Work Experience: 2 years as Associate Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience in the Banking Industry OR 2 years as Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience
• (Fluency in English and knowledge of additional foreign language and knowledge of more than one local language is advantageous)
