Job Description


Wegagen Bank SC was established on the 11th of June 1997 It came to life as a result of the entrepreneurial wit of sixteen 16 founding members who recognized the critical role that financial institutions would play towards creating a sustained economic development and were able to put in an initial paid-in capital of Birr thirty million (Birr 30 Million).

Job Purpose:

A position is responsible for construction administration services on the terms of the construction contract, provide independent and impartial judgment when carrying out their duties

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction technology & management One year experience as Construction Contract Administration Officer-I or related work experience.

  • Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards and equipment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents.
  • Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios and proportions to real scenarios.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
  • Proficiency in common office applications.
  • Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and law.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
