Assure the proper provision of information to hotel guests & associates, facilitate guest transfer from airport to hotel & hotel to airport, guest flight ticket confirmation, proper delivery of guest & associates messages, fax messages, parcels, … to guest rooms & management offices, update the Opera telephone book, maintain the proper record of luggage storage, valet parking service, newspaper delivery, supervision of the Bell staff, luggage store, parking lot, lobby area & other activities related to guest service.

Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications. Applicants without the below listed qualifications need not apply as they will not be considered in the competitive pool.

EDUCATION: Diploma/certificate in Front office operation/hotel management or other relevant discipline is required. Completion of Secondary School is required.

EXPERIENCE: two to three years experience in guest service or public information center service related fields is required.

LANGUAGE: very good command of spoken & written English (Level 3) is required. Additional languages, such as French, Arabic or German are desired.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: Certificate of Computer literacy is desired. Grade II driving

license is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent guest contact skills; be physically fit, healthy, and alert; be flexible with working hours; must have a good knowledge of the products and services provided by the hotel.
