Job Summary

The main function of the Concierge is to welcome customers to the property help them with all their needs; make them feel at home; make reservations; and assist in selling property apartments and other services & amenities. He/she serves as the customer’s liaison for both the property and non-property services. Assists the customers – regardless of whether inquiries concern in-property or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. Knows how to provide concise and accurate directions. Arranges for secretarial services. Their duties include making reservations, recommending restaurants, wellness and spa, meeting and event and souvenirs to customers.

Job Requirement

• Level 3 and above, or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• No work experience
• Able to stand for long hours and Transport guest luggage.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), innovative, pro-active, and reliable
• Passion for customer service.
