Job Description


Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors of the Bank the incumbent of this post is responsible to facilitate and support BODs to ensure effective corporate governance and administration in the bank through implementation of various Liaison activities with the Management; follow–up of execution of decisions, organization and keeping of information and records of basic documents and information of the Bank, dissemination and provision of information to different internal as well as external stakeholders, etc. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible to facilitate the participation of directors in  training and other necessary knowledge acquisition sessions, Additionally, he/she , carries out other tasks assigned to him/her by the Board and the Chief Executive Officer

Job Requirement

Educational:  Master’s Degree in Law Or Bachelor’s Degree in law

Experience: At least 6 years banking experience with 3 years’ as Head, Legal Services Or At least 8 years banking experience with 3 years’ as Head, Legal Services
