Job Description


Role & Accountabilities

  • Setting carpentry workshop project for doors/windows, stairs, furniture and other wood products required of real estate resident buildings.
  • Installation & adjustment of workshop equipment, training etc
  • Determining and specifying area requirements for a carpentry shop
  • Identifying and recommending minimum basic set of tools needed for the shop
  • Setting professional formation for the workshop
  • Ensuring healthy and safety environment for the workshop
  • Other related managerial duties

Job Requirement

Minimum Academic Qualification: MBA/BSC in Food Science, Agriculture Management & related fields

Work experience:  6/8 years of related coffee Roasting- Processing & 3 years in Managerial position

Skills

  • Wood work, reporting ,3D, 2D & prepare a cutting list
  • Drawing reading skills
  • Knowledge of project mgt.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Planning and coordinating skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Oversee quality control process for all products produced.
  • Developing production capacity for our firm from medium to large coffee roasting center
  • Installation & assembling setting maintenance schedule for coffee roaster
  • Determining & specifying area requirements for roaster equipment & facilities related
  • Identifying and recommending professional man power, and set of tools needed for the production process.
  • Ensuring healthy and safety roasting process environment.
  • Other related managerial and technical aspects.
