Job Summary

The Cluster Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, controlling and monitoring & evaluating the activities of kefeta project. She/he ensures the proper implementation of multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder based project with the targeted youth, by the youth and for the youth. He/she supervises the overall activities of his/her respective cluster and maintains good relationships with stakeholders to realize the strategic objective of the kefeta project

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: B.A/M.A/M.S.C Degree in Economics, business management, Social Science, youth studies or other related fields
Experience: Minimum of 5 years for BA or minimum of 4 years for MA of relevant experience of working with NGOs/USAID projects preferably with child and youth focused organizations.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Ability to facilitate and encourage collaborative teamwork, experience sharing, effective problem solving and conflict resolution;
• Ability to identify and propose solutions and innovative strategies.
• Proficiency in computer (Word processing, Excel; PowerPoint, other social Medias ;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language;
• Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, and participatory approach and sustainable development.
