Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing the M&A and Capital Market Management Project Office of the Bank
• Serve as focal person in coordinating the activates of Bank Consolidation and capital market projects engagements.
• Keep abreast of developments with regard to Bank consolidation and capital market activates and recommend timely actions
• Serve as a liaison role in between the Bank and external regulatory authorities (NBE, ECMA & ESX), as assigned for the purpose,

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification

• MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• Qualification in CISI, CFI and related trainings is advantageous.

Work Experience

• For MA/MSc, 1 year as Director, Strategy or Finance or Banking Operations Department or equivalent positions or 11 years relevant experience in the banking industry
• For BA/BSc, 2 year as Director, Strategy or Finance or Banking Operations Department or equivalent positions or 15 years relevant experience in the banking industry
