Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading Adiamat Trading PLC  located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is a full-time on-site role. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring financial sustainability, leading a team of managers and employees, and representing the company with stakeholders and partners. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and provide strategic guidance to the company’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• We give priority for those  who have experience on HR , Finance Management , IT and related sectors
• MA or BA in Management, Supplies Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Business Management and Finance Management in related field
• 6 (six) years’ of executive experience
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Salary

Salary: negotiable salary  with a very attractive  commission rate, plus these commission rate will be a share from net profit from our  company and the rate will arranged on organization.
