JOB REQUIREMENT

Required qualification: Diploma in Food Production from recognized hotel school.

Experience: At least five years’ experience as sous chef or chef d’partie in a three or four-star hotel.

Human relations skill: Good human relation skill.

Language proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English is required.

Computer skills: Command of computer applications (Microsoft office package).

Industry knowledge: Good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge, working knowledge of HACCP and OSHA standards.
