Job Summary

A CCTV Room Attendant is responsible operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, monitoring live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents and suspicious behavior. Also responsible in operating the Security Control Center that includes operation, monitoring and recording activities of Access Control Alarms and Radio Communication. He/she shall be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirement

• Level 3 IT or related field of study.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in luxury property.
• Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.
• Experience in safety & security beneficial but not essential.
• Computer literate.
