Job Description

Job Objective

Organize and track documents in work rooms, distribute stationery and perform other related tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in making copies of various tender training and other documents.
  • Duplicate documents or photocopied documents shall be separated on each page by serging or bordering; It will be distributed to the concerned department/ body.
  • Receives stationery and other materials from the warehouse and makes them available for purchase.
  • Records and receives files from each department;
  • Expenditure files/documents are carefully handed over to the authorized party under signature.
  • Records the department’s / branch files and records and keeps them in the appropriate shelf by giving the appropriate identification code; controls.
  • He also performs other tasks assigned by his immediate superior.

Requirements

Education: 12th/10th Grade Complete

Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate banking experience
