GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Brewing Shift Attendant is responsible for sampling, additives dosing as per the standard & keeping the quality and housekeeping of all areas during shift operations for common goal and KPIs achievement of the company. In addition they are responsible for all cleaning and autonomous maintenance tasks for brew house machines and areas allocated to them. Cover brew house technician duty in his/her absence and at meal time.

• Required Qualification

BSc in Chemical, Food Science Technology, Process, Biochemical Engineering or related.

• Required Experience

Zero years relevant experience respectively.
