Job Description


National Tobacco Enterprise Ethiopia S.C., a member of Japan Tobacco International/JTI/, is looking for an Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Executive. In this specific role you will be devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company’s presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates. Identify what, exactly, about the company makes it so attractive to candidates and highlight our unique differentiators so that we can continue to stand out.

Responsibilities

The ideal incumbent is going to perform the following key activities, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and further develop positive employer brand image via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events etc.
  • Conduct external talent mapping for key and critical roles.
  • Develop and facilitate Internship Program in the organization.
  • Develop programs focused on Employee wellbeing.
  • In collaboration with Corporate Communication continuously produce new content for on- and offline platforms, such as employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, internal communication portals etc. whilst also effectively creating and managing all off our online branding channel.
  • Evaluate employer branding performance and strategy effectiveness through right metrics.
  • Establish relationships with potential partners to deploy employer branding strategies,
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events such as company visits, career fairs etc.
  • Partner with People and Culture Business Partners and Corporate
  • Communications in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions etc. ensuing our employer brand is properly always conveyed.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification: Degree from recognized university in Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing and other related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Marketing.

Required skill:

  • Resourceful, able to think creatively.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Solid experience in recruitment: candidates search & selection is a must.
  • Headhunting experience will be a plus.
  • Experience in managing social media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube will be a plus.
  • Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition.
