Job summary

Under close direction of District Manager, the Branch Manager Lead and coordinate the marketing activities of all staffs within the branch, ensure full utilization of the customer relationship management system to meet and exceed established sales goals and deliver financial service products to current and potential Customers. Strives to meet the Branches allotted budget set by the Bank in terms of all performance measurement factors

Job Requirement

• Masters/First Degree in Accounting/ Banking & Finance/ Management/ related field, 5/6 years of Relevant Banking Experience; 1 of which on Supervisory position
• Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
• Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
• Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic computer application skills
