• Prepares action plan to be implemented in the branch office.
• Manages and controls financial resources i.e., loan disbursement, saving, loan collection etc., according to policies and procedures of Harbu MFI;
• Plans, monitors, review and evaluates performance efficiency of subordinates, transfers the efficiency performance to the Regional Office

Education and Work Experience: BA in strategic management, business administration, management, economics, accounting, finance, or related Field 4 years’ experience
