Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager plans and coordinates the activities of the branch. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education and Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with Four years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 years in supervisory position.
