BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the general supervisions of the Manager, Operation Department plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the overall operational and support activities  of a branch designated as having medium level of operation; reviews business and financial background of loan and guarantee of applicants, approves loans within given authority limit ,  authorizes disbursement of approved loans and ensures effective follow up on clients  and timely collection of same , mobilizes deposits, to create

Job Requirement

Minimum Edu. requirements: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/Management/Economics/Accounting or related field

Experience required: 3/5  years of relevant experience in microfinance institution
