About You

Educational Qualification

  • Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University, additionally successful completion of Technical/PSSR Trainings

 

Relevant Work Experience

  • Minimum12yearsrelevant work experience in heavy equipment, engine, vehicle or electric power generation sales/service out of shich 4 -6 years’ experience managerial level

 

Requirements & Duties

  • experience with Heavy equipment, Agricultural Machinery & Light vehicle Industry sales, service …. Sector
  • Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations & in interpersonal communication, leadership and motivational skills
  • Good communication skill in spoken and written English; Ability to organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall operations of the Branch activities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • experience in managing more than 20 employees under direct supervision
  • experience in working with budget and experience in achieving budget forecast about 80% in previous experiences
  • Working as a supervisor before being a manager.
  • Working with any type of ERP Software in the previous company so as to be able to understand our intricated system easily.
  • Working with the Construction industry before is preferable
  • Analytical Decision making by own justification based on company policy
  • Having Computer software Skills /able to sort some computer issue by own capacity
  • Self-starter and management capabilities
  • Ability to organize and to supervise sales and maintenance operations
  • Ability to keep abreast with new development in the product lines of the Company
  • Organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall operations of the Branch
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare annual work plan based on the capacity of Machine & Spare Parts sales and after sales services
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance and activity reports to RESCO’s Top Management as requested 2nd Grade Driving License
