The team you’ll be part of Safaricom Ethiopia MN delivery team.

As Nokia Executive Customer interface accountable for E2E Customer Deliveries (including HW, SW and Services) assigned to the CT/CBT and for improv ing the effectiveness of the MN BG governance. You will be r esponsible for CT/CBT contracted business aggregated financials (revenues, sales margin, costs and cash collection of HW, SW and Services), applying Delivery Model in their respective BGs. You will be resposible for o wnership of MN project P&L. Will be s upporting in pre sales as extensions on the current contract

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As part of our team, you will:

  • Project execution as per customer contract across BGs and inline with as per BG/BU defined delivery model, processes and tools
  • Achieve Operational and financials objectives
  • Adherence and implementation of Deploy Delivery Model as per DMA process
  • Implementation of transformation measures and achieving the projected benefit

Your Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 10 years telecom experience with 10 year Senior Mgmt leadership role with P&L responsibility
  • C Level Customer interfacing experiance
  • Exposure on Radio, Core and transport areas to lead HIgh level enagement with customer
  • Proven Leader

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with the Vodacom Africa Customer leadership
