Job Summary

• Prepare alcoholic an non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies

Job Requirement

Required Qualification:

• Diploma /degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related courses at least two years experience as barman in hotels
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Good team worker
  • Willing to do shift work
