Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for customer acquisition, fuel card sales, and non-fuel revenue growth.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2C card customers. Conduct targeted marketing campaigns and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize fuel card usage and profitability. Identify and overcome challenges to drive card sales.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing efficient technical support, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
  • Product Development: Propose and implement new fuel card offerings that align with customer needs and contribute to profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with retail teams, station managers, and territory managers to promote fuel cards across our network.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction for management review.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; Customer-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, Word). Self-motivated and independent
