Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Attorney will be responsible to give legal advice to the bank’s concerned organs. Participates in designing negotiation strategies.
  • Assists the Loan Recovery in the negotiation process by providing legal opinion and other professional advice. Comments on the resolution proposal of the loan recovery task.
  • Designs and prepares loan, pledge/mortgage and other contracts.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education and Experience: Minimum LLB with 3 years’ of related work experience.
