Job Requirement

Educational Qualification :BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System / IT / Marketing (Knowledge of additional foreign languages, other than English, is advantageous)

Work Experience: 1 year as Junior IT Service Desk Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 1 year as Associate IT Service Desk Officer or equivalent experience

Place of work:  Addis Ababa
