Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to assist the Manager in divisional operations, participate in the investigation of any breaches in compliance and prepare investigation reports, charges and follow up the enforcement of disciplinary decisions, prepare letters, and minutes and keep files and records.

• Participates in drafting or reviewing rules or any other legal instruments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and produce periodic reports.
• Assists the research and analysis regarding laws applicable to the Exchange
• Provides legal consultations, comments, advice, and interpretation on issues related to the Rules of the Exchange and other pertinent laws applicable to the Exchange operation to different Departments/Divisions of the Exchange
• Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
