Job Description


Job Requirement

  • BA degree in Accounting /Accounting & Finance / Management/Business Management/Marketing Management/Economics/Banking & Finance/Information Technology/Computer Science or any other related field of studies. Work experience is not required.
  • The required Cumulative GPA is 2.75 and above for male, and 2.50 and above for female
  •  Only graduates of 2021 and 2022 shall apply
  • Age must be below 30 years (inclusive)
  • Competency :  Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] &Technical Competency [Well understanding of subject matter, marketing and sales,  knowledge of  bank product, customer service, communication and negotiation skill]

Place of work : Finfinne City, Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, West, South, East, North and  South-West Shoa zones

District Office : North, South, East and West Finfinne Districts
