Job Description


Job Requirement

Qualification:  BA

Experience: At least 3 years work experience  in related field

Skill:

  • knowledge of basic computer applications like EXCEL.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Control Stock: Organize the proper storage of goods and respect the stocking standards, Conduct periodically a physical inventory counting of finished goods, and RPM by brand, Compare physical stock versus theoretical stock; report and justify discrepancies, Communicate to shelf life limit according to ISO specifications, Manage stock rotation according to FIFO method
  • Transport to and from the branches’ warehouses : Monitor the available storage capacity needed and anticipate any possible saturation, Ensure preparation of loading and unloading orders,  Manage the transport of products to the branches & depots on time in full and quality, Manage the transport of empties inter-plants and third-party warehouses.
  • Procedures: Abide by all safety procedures related to personnel, machinery, equipment and storage conditions, Abide by all procedures related to quality, hygiene and food safety.
  • Integrate: Honest, encourages openness and transparency; demonstrates highest levels of integrity
  • Communication: Actively communicate with the team and update the purchase status regularly
