JOB SUMMARY

• The jobholder is responsible for organizing purchase requests, is involved in the preparation of specifications, handling tender processes, facilitates technical evaluations, minutes preparation and purchase orders.
• S/he tests sample and follows up of activities of materials and services acquisition including contract administration, supply of goods, checking per specification and effecting payments.
• The jobholder ensures all the procurement activities are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the bank.
