Major duties and responsibilities

• Support Finance Manager in efforts to provide meaningful and actionable information
• Own revenue and expense forecasting processes
• Analyze financial variances, summarize those figures and provide a concise and meaningful narrative discussion of variances; be capable of communicating key messages to senior management
• Build trusted relationships with key business partners and Finance / Accounting personnel
• Propose resolution to complex /ambiguous problems, identify, and proactively peruse areas for process improvement
• Take the lead on reports and presentation requests

Job Requirement

Relevant Experience and required skills:

• BA in Accounting or related fields
• 5+ years of experience; garment/leather manufacturing companies is preferable
• Self-starter with strong financial, business modeling and analysis skills; sound business judgment
• Ability to sort through complex issues , translate and communicate them in a clear, concise manner
• Willingness to develop appropriate solutions and think critically, in a proactive and timely manner
• Computer literate – Word, Excel and Peachtree accounting is must
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English
