Since 2006, TSD was registered by the concerned government body of FDRE and re-registered for the second time by the ASCO since May 2019. Job Requirements

Qualification: MBA/MSc or BA/B.Sc Degree in Community development, gender and development, psychology, sociology and other related fields.

Required Experience: 3/5 and above years of experience as project officer, project manager, area coordinator and senior social worker.

Language: Fluent in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English

Technical Competence for both positions:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  Ability to work effectively in a team and support others in their work.
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
