Duties & responsibilities

• Reviewing production records,
• Scheduling feed production,
• Keeping inventory of feed ingredients and ordering as needed,
• Testing and reviewing feed/grain quality,
• Scheduling employee shifts and keeping track of employee time,
• Handling customer questions and complaints,
• Evaluating operating procedures,
• Setting quality assurance standards,
• Preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets,
• Staying up-to-date on new technology and ways to make process improvements,
• Training new employees and providing development opportunities,
• Ensuring all employees are trained on safety and continuing to stay up-to-date,
• Maintaining filling equipment and other equipment needed to perform duties

Job Requirement

 Academic Qualification: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree And/ or BA Degree In Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science or feed mill management

Work Experience:  A minimum of 6 years experiences in related field.
