Responsibilities

Under the MSME and Rural Banking Directorate plan, organize, directs and control the major activities of the team, Reviews & make proper follow-up on rural banking relationship officers and consult Branches & rural communities on banking activities

Job Requirements

Qualification Experience : MBA/MA/MSc. BA, BSc in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or any other related fields

Experience : 5/7 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, of which 2 years as senior officer position in credit operations preferably in MSME and rural credit
