Job Description


ATICOM Investment Group PLC looking for Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the following activities

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Scheduling meetings and travel
  • Answering calls and correspondences
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Maintain meeting minutes
  • Preparing expense reports
  • any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned

Department: CEO

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma Secretarial Office Administration or related discipline 10+3/Level IV Diploma & above,
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and

Skill:

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel…….)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
