Job Summery

  • Among others, the Administrative Assistant is responsible to type, register and file letters, minutes, circulars, messages, memoranda and other materials. S/He screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor, keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash.

Job Requirement

  • Required Education and Experience:  Minimum BA degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management /Administrative Service Management with a minimum of two (2) year’s related work experience
