Responsibilities

  • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials.
  • Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor
  • Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash, opens, sorts and routes incoming mail

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management with two/four years related work experience.

Place of Work:   Head Office/Adama District
