• The Administrative Assistant screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor and also types, registers and files letters , minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials etc

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ Administrative service management and 2 years related work experience
