About Job

The job holder process financial transaction and check compliance and completion of supporting documentations that substantiate every transaction. In addition, the job holder will oversee procurement processes at field level in

adherence with donor, government and FZS guidelines, take a lead role on advance management and timely settlement of advance, support to general management of the project, prepare and send timely financial report to the head office in Addis, prepare contracts at project level and administration of staffs under his/her supervision, and other duties assigned.

Job Requirement

BA degree in Accounting with a minimum five years’ work experience in finance and administration preferably in NGOs. Good English language skills (both written and oral), excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, and skills on financial accounting packages is desirable. Knowledge of local language is a plus.
