Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and administer employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively
• Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and other statutory obligations
• Supervise the administration department to ensure smooth operations of office facilities, equipment maintenance, procurement, and vendor management
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to labor laws, health & safety regulations, etc.
• Provide leadership to the administration team by setting clear objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave management, benefits administration, etc.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with the finance department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; management, economics, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel) is essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills for problem-solving
