Job Description


Position Summary

  • Manage Personnel related issues, including keeping records of personnel and ensuring that employees adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures, coordinate organization properties and compound.
  • Perform secretarial tasks, take & transcribe oral dictations, receive guests & schedule appointments.
  • Effect payments as per authorized documents.  Register all daily payments and prepare cash balance and cash statements. Receive, pay and exchange cash notes and checks.

Job Requirement

Minimum Requirement: College Diploma in secretarial science & office management and related fields with 4 years relevant experience or BA in the same field with 2 years relevant experience.

Language ability: Good communication skill in Amharic and English

Skills:Personnel and property administration, problem solving, excellent oral and written communication, networking.  organizational development.
