Position Requirements

The Admin and Finance Officer will perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including providing logistics support to our employees, consultants and field coordinators, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.  Interested applicants for this position need to meet the following minimum requirements

• A Degree in management, economics, accounting, Marketing or relevant social sciences
• A minimum of two years proven experience working in finance, administration, logistics and related roles, preferably in a research and consulting work environment
• Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software
• Proficiency in MS office ( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
