Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up the daily working hours of the employees, count the justified and unjustified absences and inform the concerned departments and authorities.
  • Organize and save administrative files and documents, in a way that ensures easy retrieval at any time.
  • Follow up the office’s plan with regard to human resources, professional development and training needs.
  • Employee performance appraisal.
  • Administrative coordination of the technical disciplines, in a way that facilitates the work of these departments and maintains their organization.
  • Follow up the company’s operational and strategic plan and daily, monthly and annual reports.
  • Follow-up on all matters related to human resources affairs in the office, including recruitment, assignment, transfer, promotion, vacations, and requests for official tasks.
  • Inventory and follow-up procurement work and the needs of the office and staff to complete the work in the fullest manner.
  • Supervision and follow-up of logistics and public services.
  • Experience in tendering procedures.
  • General experience in labor law and labor laws in Ethiopia.
  •  Experience in archiving procedures for entire files

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration and economics.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • You must be fluent in Arabic, English and the local language.
  • Priority is given to those who are fluent in the Arabic language.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Experience in the field of human resources and logistics not less than 3 years
